Sp9 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the rules and conditions governing the use of the sp9 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms are subject to amendment from time to time.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the sp9 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the sp9 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and sp9 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
The sp9 platform is intended for adult users only. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to use the services provided.
Account Creation & Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on sp9. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login details. sp9 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify sp9 immediately at [email protected].
Sp9 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documentation. Failure to provide the required verification may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.
User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users are required to use the sp9 platform responsibly and in accordance with applicable laws in Malaysia. The following are prohibited:
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
- Placing bets using funds obtained through illegal means
- Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities
- Using unauthorised third-party software to gain an unfair advantage
- Spreading false or misleading information about the platform
- Disrupting or attempting to disrupt platform operations by any technical means
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances, account closure, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
Payment Information & Transactions
All transactions on the sp9 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). sp9 supports a range of local payment methods, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and local bank transfers. Accepted payment methods are subject to change from time to time.
Minimum deposits and withdrawal limits are subject to the conditions set for each payment method. sp9 reserves the right to process all withdrawals within a stipulated timeframe and may require identity verification before approving large withdrawal amounts.
All transactions are final once confirmed. Users are required to review transaction details before confirming. sp9 is not responsible for any losses arising from incorrect payment information provided by the user.
Any attempt to reverse a transaction through a third party (chargeback) without sp9's consent will be treated as a serious breach and may result in account closure as well as legal action where necessary.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Sp9 provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of its services for any particular purpose. sp9 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss.
All content on the sp9 platform — including brand names, logos, interface design, text, and software — is the intellectual property of sp9 and is protected under applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any such content without prior written consent from sp9.
The sp9 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. sp9 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Access to such links is entirely at the user's own risk.
Account Policy, Terms Amendments & Applicable Law
Sp9 reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any user found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, involved in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason deemed necessary by sp9. In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, bonus balances may be forfeited. Legitimate cash balances will be processed for return in accordance with current policy.
Users may also request to close their own account by contacting sp9 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe after all pending transactions have been settled.
Sp9 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the sp9 platform shall be resolved through negotiation between the parties involved.
